Luminic Tracer Flash Inspector 0.25 - 0.30 Haxe (flash and flash9 compatible)

08.09.2007 6766 4

You can download the new class and 2 consoles (0.25 and 0.30) here
Let's see how to use it:

import log.LuminicTracer;
...
var logger = new LuminicTracer();
logger.log( something );
logger.info( something );
...

We can also redirect the haxe "trace" function like that :

import log.LuminicTracer;
...
var logger = new LuminicTracer();
logger.setTraceRedirection();
trace( "ok" );

Thanks for the infos.
For your debug in flash, you can use a firefox extension : Firebug.
In your classe, just add haxe.Firebug.redirectTraces(); to view your trace() in firefox (online).

Hi, just trying to get this work with Haxe 2 but no luck - added a trace line into the statusHandler function which prints:

log.ConsolePublisher:statusHandler:306: [StatusEvent type="status" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 code=null level="error"]

Any ideas what's wrong here?

Hi,
What's exactly the matter please ?
I tried it with Haxe 2.02 and it works fine.

I expect the output of the debug function to appear on the FlashInspector but it stays empty
